DX Handlebars

With over 2 decades of collecting balloon tire bikes from the 1930's, 40's, & 50's under my belt. I have honed my tastes as to what is stylish and what is not. In my opinion the most elegant bars of old were the Torrington mens "Half Moon" bars. The sweeping lines of these bars paled all other handlebars of that era.

When I hopped on my cruiser and gripped those mothers, I felt bad to the bone!

Named after the first cruiser in my collection (a 1941 Schwinn DX with original paint & Half Moon bars), the CBR DX bars are made of American drawn polished stainless steel tubing and bent with 10" radii, then given just the "right" kicker for comfortable hand position. They're stiff and wide, yet short front to rear, insuring plenty of rider enevlope. Though designed to be used with our cruisers, I have witnessed "swapmeet" specials turned into fine cruise'n machines with just the addition of a pair of our DX bars.
I bet you can guess what style of handlebar I use on ALL the bikes in my collection.
